When you purchase a session, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Entire Agreement  This agreement contains the entire understanding between Brooke King Photo Co and the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing and signed by all parties involved.

Payment & Prices  All Package costs are as stated at the time of booking & will remain once booking is confirmed. The full contract amount is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Upon your purchase, Brooke King Photo Co will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. Payment is non-refundable if canceled less than two weeks in advance.

Travel Travel is subject to shoot and will be discussed upon booking. If you are in need of local recommendations for shoots, please share your desired style and/or ideal backdrop. I have a few local hidden gems I would be happy to recommend.

Reschedule  Due to the time specific nature of this service, clients may give a two weeks notice prior to the shoot to reschedule or postpone. For longer photoshoot such as as weddings and events an months notice is required in order to reschedule without charge.

Torrential Weather If the weather is torrential and Photographer determines shoot is not possible, the session will be rescheduled for another day. 

LIMIT OF LIABILITY  In the unlikely event that the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a medical or natural emergency, or other cause beyond the control of the Photographer, then the Photographer shall return the full payment amount to the client. Brooke Photo Co may support in sourcing coverage for the session in the event it cannot be rescheduled.
